The 2024 July Meeting Call for Sessions is now closed (due May 10).

When you register for the meeting, you can also opt to present a poster or demo in our in-person Research Showcase Poster & Demo Session.

Register via EventBrite by June 22 to get a discount. Registration remains open until the start of the ESIP Meeting.

In-Person Rates:

• Partner Rate – $625.00 early | $700
• Non-Partner Rate – $725.00 early | $800
• Teacher Rate – $20.00
• Student Registration – $175.00
• 1-day Rate (In-Person ONLY) $375

Virtual Rates:

• Partner Rate – $250.00 | $300
• Non-Partner Rate – $350.00 | $400.00
• Student Registration – $175.00

Note on Virtual Participation
Virtual participants will be able to hear and see presentations, as well as interact with other attendees and ask questions via chat or the Sli.do app. Virtual session presentations will also be possible. Networking experiences, including FUNding Friday and the Research Showcase Poster and Demo Session, will be primarily designed for in-person participation.

Lodging
Book your hotel room by June 22. The group rate is $135/night.
